Based in Chicago, Oliver is an associate strategist on Assemble’s Corporate & Issue Advocacy team, working with clients in sports betting, healthcare, and state and national politics. He leads day-to-day strategy and execution across client and internal teams, shaping messaging and campaigns that influence opinion and drive outcomes in crowded policy environments.

Prior to his current role, Oliver worked at Assemble as an intern, fellow, and on the digital communications team. He also served as a strategist for several Chicago City Council campaigns, a communications aide on a Red to Blue congressional race, and a researcher on national security and American political history. Oliver is a proud graduate of Northwestern University, where he studied history and political science. Outside of work, you can find him exploring Chicago’s neighborhoods, catching a ballgame, or cooking something new.
