Assemble was built for the moment when the old playbooks stop working.
Assemble was founded in 2018. Our original idea was simple: help organizations find new ways to persuade and mobilize people to support the issues that matter to them to make change. Since then, we’ve launched and led presidential campaigns, impacted statewide and municipal elections in all 50 states, and helped elect candidates up and down the ballot — from city council to Congress to the White House. We toured America with the Rolling Stones to help educate retirees. We work with national labor to engage educators, healthcare workers, and government workers. We’ve counseled emerging technology companies innovating in healthcare, hardware, defense, and gaming. Assemble and its team have advised Presidents, CEOs, nonprofit, labor, and civic leaders across the U.S.
Today, we’ve grown to two offices in New York City and Washington, D.C., with staff in 15 states. We remain an independently owned and operated firm, meaning we hold ourselves accountable to our clients and our team. We are transparent with our pricing, deliver superior results, and work diligently to solve complex problems for our clients.
Whether you’re fighting for market share, building member power, or running to win — we build the integrated digital, media, and stakeholder strategy to get you there.
A Different Firm
We replaced the traditional consulting model that produces generic plans with highly customized strategy and execution from the best in the business today, not yesterday.
We bring together strategy, storytelling, media, and data to build campaigns that persuade, mobilize, and win, whether the goal is advancing policy, shaping public opinion, or electing the right leaders. We collaborate closely with clients and partners because durable victories require trust, credibility, and shared ownership.
We believe good policy deserves strong advocacy. We believe persuasion beats polarization. And we believe the best campaigns don’t just win, they transform lives.
A Different Team
Our team helped pioneer modern political and public affairs campaigns across communications, media, digital, and data; from Washington to communities across the country.
We are a diverse team that reflects the states and communities where we work, because real power doesn’t live in one city. It lives in people, places, and platforms nationwide.
We bring senior-level experience and a collaborative approach, guided by independence, integrity, and a relentless focus on outcomes that matter.
